滑雪运动员“花姐”创办了一所滑雪学校，为了学习国外先进的教学方式，花姐与同伴前往著名的滑雪胜地奥地利取经。在那里，她不仅见识和体验了国际上先进的教学方式和教学理念，更感受到了当地民众因滑雪这一几乎是全民性的运动所形成的一种热爱自然、享受自然，健康快乐、单纯而又丰富的生活艺术，所见所闻，亦是通过滑雪对生活的某种理解和感悟。。A young girl lives with her mother in an isolated mountain cabin. Mother dies, the girl also has a child. No father is present. A friendship is formed with another woman but things start to become twisted. Paranoia and delusions follow。
