台风临近，刮起深埋心底的潮湿记忆。婚礼前夕，与母亲（潘结饰）居住在广州的婷（林冬萍饰）前往香港，寻找20年未见的父亲（太保饰）。破壳荔枝，打口唱片，渡轮越过海洋，走进水果市场，世界真是小，小得真奇妙，时间在每个人心中留下印记，而真相并不总是温柔。重逢的夜，冒险漫游恍若彼时映照，伤痛在午夜梦回袭来，终将在梦醒时分离开。。蒋老五早年丧妻，妻子去世后一直和女儿蒋小渔的关系相处的不很融洽。打生活能自理后，蒋小渔便搬离了蒋老五的老厂区房。他为人耿直、善良、对朋友又大方，认识了离异后的张云茜，两人的关系是日渐甜蜜。蒋老五总觉得不能亏钱张云茜，就想在自家的房本上填上张云茜的名字，也算对得起她这么些年，给自己无微不至的照顾和关爱。但房产证上除了有蒋老五的名字，还有蒋小渔的名字......。The film opens with a narrated disclaimer over footage of an opening coffin.
