『警察の中の警察』という異名を持つ”監察官”。警察内部のあらゆる不正を取り締まることが職務であり、警察官たちから最も忌み嫌われている役職。その中で、警察官のみならず、事件捜査も監察の対象にする一人の監察官が…。その人物こそ、”嫌われ監察官“こと音無一六（小日向文世）である。 警視庁警務部部長の千住遼子（田中美佐子）の指示のもと、自分の正義を貫き、どんなに嫌われようが職務を全うする音無一六が、鋭い“観察眼”と”閃き”で、数々の難事件に挑んで行く。。The goal with CLOWNADO is to make a damned good, scary and splatter-filled, nonstop roller coaster ride of a Horror movie.
