As he saves the dingo from certain death, the two form an unexpected bond an...。故事发生在大正十五年，多吉（长冢京三饰）不愿意继承家业因而离家出走，前往静冈县投靠在印刷厂工作的大哥。途中，多吉邂逅了名为大冢花（田中美佐子饰）的美丽女子，被大冢花的美貌所吸引，多吉改变了自己的目的地，追随在大冢花的身后。 实际上，大冢花是依靠身体赚钱的妓女，多吉于无意之中窥见了大冢花和一个男人的交易，不明就里的多吉以为大冢花遭到了强暴，遂起了杀心。之后，男子的尸体被警方发现，和他有牵连的大冢花遭到了拘捕调查，却因为证据不足而被释放。一晃眼二十九年过去，多吉已经成为了印刷厂的老板，而过去杀人事件的阴影却依然笼罩着他。。
