本片讲述主人公·青羽紬（川口春奈饰）和18岁时因患病而生活在无声世界的佐仓想（目黑莲饰）的再次相遇而展开的爱情故事。 青羽紬在高二那年，被早会时朗读作文的佐仓想的声音吸引，高三变成同班同学的两人通过朋友拉近了距离、因为共同的音乐兴趣加深了关系，但在毕业后，佐仓想却不辞而别。 8年后某一天，在东京努力生活的紬在人群中忽然再次看到佐仓想的身影，好不容易找到了他，却获悉佐仓想得了“青少年病发型双侧性感音耳聋”，是一种会渐渐失去听力的疾病，而此时的他，已经几乎什么也听不到了……。After the tremendous popular success of the Fantômas novels, both of the major French film studios — Pathé and Gaumont — vied for the rights to produce films based on the series.
