Years of crime, drug use and struggling to survive lead John on a search where his life converges wi...。故事发生在20世纪初，老北京城内乱象丛生。危机边缘的老字号福聚德请来适宜居的账房卢孟实力挽狂澜。随着清王朝的垮台，昔日御膳房的名厨星散四方，女大厨刘金锭在此时刻成为卢的得力助手。另一方面，适宜居的瑞英和卢是死对头，争强好胜的他想方设法要将福聚德挤垮。辫子军、军阀、革命党，各方势力如走马灯一般在老北京出出进进，生活在最底层的商人们一面嗅着时代的气息，一面为了生计拼尽全力想方设法求生存。五湖四海，三教九流，各色人等云集在福聚德，上演了各式的人间悲喜剧…… 本片根据同名话剧改编。。
