《犯罪实录》首季订数为八集，讲述「梅内德斯兄弟杀人案」（The Menendez Brothers Murders）。 1989年8月20日，21岁的莱尔（Lyle）和18岁的埃里克-梅内德斯（Erik Menendez）在位于贝弗利山的住宅内开枪谋杀了他们的父母，随后驾车逃离。他们将凶器（散弹枪）扔在穆赫兰道上，并在当地一家电影院买了电影票作为不在场证据。当两兄弟再次回到家时，莱尔故意拨打电话报警：「有人杀了我的父母！」警察赶到现场后发现，受害人的死状非常恐怖——梅内德斯兄弟的父亲约瑟（Jose Menendez，一位电影制片人）被人开枪爆头，而母亲基蒂（Kitty Menendez）的身体被多颗子弹击穿。警方一度怀疑该案是黑手党所为。在随后的几个月里，兄弟俩挥霍无度的生活让调查人员对他们卷入此案的怀疑加深。后来检察官表示，两兄弟在他们父母去世的头...。本剧集承接第一部内容，自宋世杰（张达明饰）得罪了慈禧太后，宋世杰只能带着妻子白玲珑（郭蔼明饰）及儿子祖隐姓埋名，多年来东躲西藏。然而他爱抱打不平的脾气却丝毫未改，致使玲珑为其担心不已。后因孤女白小翠（姚乐怡饰）的出现，宋世杰身份被迫暴露，幸得恭亲王（李子雄饰）以免死金牌保命三年，从此成为朝庭御用大状，替百姓申冤。而赖三（黄子华饰）居然一跃从粗鄙的市井流氓变成了精明镇定的状师，与宋世杰斗智斗力，展开了一段段精彩纷呈的好戏。 由香港电视广播有限公司制作的32集清装电视剧《状王宋世杰2》，是《状王宋世杰》系列电视剧的第二辑。本剧集仍启用原班人马，由徐正康监制，张达明、黄子华、郭蔼明主演。。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
