« Le Mirage » is the perspective of a man in his thirties asking himself "what am I chasing?" Our society has become all about consumerism, if not excess. Success is determined by what and how much we have and "stuff" becomes the band-aid to a meaningless existence. Stuff fills the void of the existence we weren't meant to lead.。十九世纪末，摄影伴随殖民帝国进入热带国度的常民生活，充当国家视野前锋。记忆自胶卷转动间流泻而出，影中人无语，音乐声欢快。导演带着对祖国历史的关怀，重新编辑宛若巨型迷宫般的档案，堆栈出一座可自我衍生的影像记忆纪念碑；诗意呈现殖民者之手，深入柬埔寨这土地各环节筋络，时而粗暴，时而温柔。。
