Commenda...。龙翔（陶金 饰）是一名舞蹈演员，每天在舞台上机械的重复着枯燥的动作，对自己的职业充满了厌倦。龙翔起了辞职单干的念头，可是遭到了交往多年的女友圆圆（马羚 饰）的强烈反对。最终，龙翔还是和好友大路（李虎 饰）一起离开了舞蹈团。 之后，龙翔结识了星星时装公司的女设计师罗丹（史可 饰），后者聘请龙翔为她的表演队的教练。在龙翔不落窠臼的教导之下，表演队获得了巨大的成功。在此过程中，罗丹亦爱上了才华横溢的龙翔，可是龙翔的心中一直还惦记着圆圆。谁知道当龙翔再度找到圆圆之时，才发现她已经成为了别人的妻子。就在龙翔的事业一马平川之时，他却再度向罗丹提出了辞呈。。
