本片以中国旗袍手工艺中重要的一个环节“打板”为媒介，讲述了一对生活在北京胡同里的林家父子之间的故事，他们之间因手艺的传承发生了很多时而欢喜时而感人的故事，历经重重困难最后父子连心将中国旗袍推向世界舞台。这部剧是根据皮查的小说《让我进入你的心》改编的，描述了两个来自不同团体的男子，他们受雇出演 Likay梨伽（泰国民俗戏曲剧）而走到一起。台上的两人相处得很好，但在幕后两人却互相看不惯对方。 The drama is based on P. Picha's novel ‘Let Me Into Your Heart, depicting two Likay heroes, hailing from different groups, who are comp elled to unite in promoting a big show.
