1999年釜山的一个小村庄里，女学生恩智（刘慧英饰）被害身亡，她的哥哥张宇（周元饰）也失去了唯一的亲人，他决心一定要查出杀害妹妹的凶手。由于一点线索都没有，张宇不得不借助能预知死亡的少女（李柔英饰）的力量来追查真凶，并在追查的过程中，盯上了小区内平常人缘和口碑都不错的药店药师闵药局（刘海镇饰），虽然没有证据，但是张宇却认定他就是“那个家伙”，于是开始24小时紧盯着闵药局 。。接线员里子（池胁千鹤 饰）刚从失恋的痛苦中走出来，可是她仍期待着新一段恋情的到来。 态度和蔼的店员秋代（中越典子 饰），欠下了一大笔债务，她孤单得想要自杀。而塔子的工作极其不如意，千裕的生意也不甚如意。 四个性格各异的女子都有着各自烦恼的事情，都感受到活着的痛苦。而生活有能否在她们的坚持与努力中出现转机，得到改善呢？。In the year 1962, a Physics Congress is held in the Alps.
