The film is a follow-up to Kvedaravicius’ 2016 doc Mariupolis, which followed the lives of everyday citizens in Mariupol as the threat of war with Russia escalated.。After a stray cat adopts Zachary, he meets Marliee and realizes the single life is not as fulfilling as he thought it was. 帅哥救了一只猫, 猫帮他找了个女盆友的故事。本作は、その「猫」を原案とする物語。脳に腫瘍があり医者から余命宣告を受け自らの死と向き合う女性・金子みねこと、やりたいことや夢もなくその日暮らしの生活を送るフリーター・天音光司。一匹の“猫”をきっかけに出会い、カップルとなった2人の「いつもと同じ帰り道」を通して、男女それぞれの視点で描く切なくも温かいラブストーリーとなっています。。
