林小纯（何蓝逗饰）是刚刚踏进大学校园的新鲜人，刚来报到的第一天，她就在女生宿舍里碰见了室友陈晨晨（虞书欣饰）的男友高霖（赵志伟饰），两人之间因为误会闹出了一大串的笑料。之后，林小纯接连见到了自己的其他三名室友，五个女孩都是人生头一次离开熟悉的环境，过上集体生活。 生活习惯的差异和三观的不同让五个女孩在日常相处间充满了摩擦和矛盾，在一连串的吵闹之后，他们终于决定坐下来，敞开心扉好好的聊一聊，最终误会得以化解，五人之间结下了深厚的友谊。在漫长的大学四年里，五个女孩经历了人生中很多的重要时刻。。The film opens with a narrated disclaimer over footage of an opening coffin.
